This website is a referral service. It helps homeowners and business owners in the Phoenix area find local plumbing and HVAC contractors. We are not the contractor. The contractors listed or referred through this site are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners.

What we do not do

• We do not perform plumbing, drain, sewer or HVAC work ourselves.
• We do not supervise, direct or control the work a contractor performs.
• We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by a contractor.
• We do not set the contractor's prices and we are not party to your agreement with them.

Your responsibility before hiring

It is your responsibility to check that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work. In Arizona you can verify a contractor's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Ask for the license number, verify it, and ask for proof of insurance. A reputable contractor will provide all of it without being pushed.

Using the site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, to give accurate information when you request a quote, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Content and accuracy

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it. Service descriptions are general information, not advice about your specific property. Pricing shown in any promotion is subject to the contractor's assessment of the actual job. Nothing on this site is a binding quote.

Do not rely on this site in an emergency

If you have an active gas leak, flooding, or any situation that puts people at risk, contact your utility or emergency services first. A website form is not an emergency service.
