This site is a referral service

This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed.

Photographs and imagery

All persons depicted in a photo or video on this site are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site. Images are illustrative and do not depict specific jobs, staff, vehicles or premises of any contractor.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this site were written by customers of the servicing contractor and are reproduced as written. They describe those customers' own experiences with that contractor. They are not a guarantee that you will get the same result, and they are not a review of this website.

Service information

The service descriptions on this site are general information about common plumbing and HVAC work. They are not instructions, and they are not a diagnosis of your property. Plumbing, gas and electrical work can cause injury or serious property damage when attempted without the right training and tools. Have a licensed professional assess the actual conditions at your property.

Pricing and promotions

Any coupon, discount or saving shown on this site is offered through the servicing contractor, is subject to their assessment of the job, and may be limited in time or availability. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. You receive a written estimate before work begins.

Licensing

Contractors referred through this site are independently licensed. This site does not hold a contractor license on their behalf and does not verify licensing on your behalf. Verify the license and insurance of any contractor before work begins, using the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

No professional relationship

Using this site or submitting a quote request does not create a contractual relationship between you and the operator of this site. Your agreement for any work is with the contractor who performs it.
